Flavio rescues point for Al Ahly

Al Ahly ended their postponed matches with a 2-2 draw with El Geish today to increase lead into 3 points with the Petrojet to who come second in the table having 30 points.
First Half:
The game started with play in midfield for the first 5 minutes.
In the 8th minute, El Geish's striker converts a corner with a strong header that was saved by Amir who held the ball firmly.
Amir appears again after he rushed to hold the ball before Dodzi who broke through his markers easily having a 1 on 1.
In the 19th minute, Flavio makes a cross into the area that was received by Ahmed Farag who left the ball for Barakat who came from behind to fire a shot from inside the box that gave Al Ahly the lead.
Wael Gomaa got booked after he showed his objection on the foul he committed on the edge of the box.
Motaz Eno fires a shot that would have missed the goal even if it was twice its height.
In the 29th minute, Gilberto makes a nice cross for Barakat who missed the target.
Ahmed Farag intercepts a pass with a great vision and deviates his way towards the box and makes a low cross inside that was cleared by the defense.
Baba Arco scores the equalizer from a corner cross which he diverted with his head into the back of the net in the 35th minute.
Dodzi gets a yellow card after touching the ball with his hands in the 46th minute.
Second Half:
Osama Hosni and Mohamed Samir entered as substitutes for Wael Gomaa and Ahmed Hassan.
Hossam Abdel Al gets booked after pushing Motaz Eno but the player showed great spirit and apologized.
In the 7th minute, Ahmed Fathi fires a great shot that was saved by El Geish's goalkeeper.
Al Ahly's defense gives out the ball to the opposition's striker who makes a cross for Dodzi who scored El Geish's second goal.
In the 14th minute Flavio scored the equalizer from a great header from Ahmed Fathi's cross to raise the game momentum.
In the 18th minute Saied Moawad entered as a substitute for Gilberto.
Baba Arco shoots a strong one that went over Amir's top bar.
Objections increase from both sides on the referee's decisions.
Ahmed Farag misses the post by inches after he diverted Ahmed Fathi's pass towards the goal in the 43rd minute.
Mohamed Samir gets a yellow card after he tackles Abdel Satar Sabry.
The referee ends the game giving Al Ahly their 33rd minute that puts them on top of the table with a 3 point difference than PetroJet the 2nd.
