Barakat shows great performance…Eguizi was absent

Al Ahly had a morning session today as a part of their training regime to get ready for the African Super Cup match against the Tunisian Sfaxi this Friday at 7:00 pm at Cairo Stadium.

The practice started 10 minutes late after Jose met with the players to discuss some tactical issues and raising the team spirit.

The players had a fitness session with Fidalgo before participating in a training match where Barakat and Osama Hosni showed great performance.

On the other hand, the three goalkeepers Amir Abdel Hamid, Ramzy Saleh and Ahmed Adel participated in the goalkeepers practice under the instruction of Ahmed Nagy where Ramzy Saleh performed so well in a way that appealed to the technical board.

Hany El Eguizi, Ahmed Ali and El Shenawy missed the session due to participating with the youth team in the league match.

The star Mohamed AbouTrika participated in the running phase of the practice before pursuing his medical program but Hossam Ashoor and Hussein Yasser participated in the whole practice after recovering.
