Al Ahly breaks the record and grasps the 4th trophy

Flavio scored two killing headers to give Al Ahly their 4^th African Super Cup trophy and break Zamalek's record that was 3 trophies after a great match against Sfaxi.

First Half:

The game started with pressure from both sides in order to gain possession.

In the 8^th minute, Ahmed Hassan fires one that missed the top corner and went out for a goal kick.

Ayman Ben Omar gets booked in the 18^th minute after he tripped Barakat's feet.

Gilberto knocks the free kick into the area where Ahmed Hassan made a nice header that was saved beautifully by the Sfaxi's goalkeeper.

Dominic Da Silva got a yellow card after pushing Ahmed El Saied out of play in the 23^rd minute.

Gilberto makes a nice cross but the defense clears the ball that reached Barakat who made a weak shot into the keeper's hands.

Amir Abdel Hamid saves the ball after a one on one situation that was cleared over the goal line by Ahmed Fathi afterwards in the 38^th minute.

Motaz Eno fires a strong shot but the keeper saved the ball before handling it before Ahmed Hassan.

Second Half:

After three minutes from the start Flavio scored a great header from Gilberto's fabulous cross from the right side.

Flavio was pushed by the defender inside the area in the 50^th minute but the referee said play on.

Motaz Eno makes another strong shot that missed the right post by a yard.

Amir saves a shot from inside the 6 yard box before Gilberto cleared the ball into a corner.

Di Squazi enters as a substitute for Samanapeh in the 57^th minute.

Ahmed Hassan again pushed inside the area but the referee said there was nothing wrong with it.

In the 63^rd minute, Di Squazi scored the equalizer after diverting the low cross from the right side into the net from inside the 6 yard box.

Flavio scored his second and gave Al Ahly the lead in the 70^th minute from an amazing header from the penalty spot into the left side of the goal.

Ahmed Farag entered as a substitute for Ahmed Hassan in the 75^th minute.

Flavio intercepted the short pass from the defense but the goalkeeper came out quickly to clear the ball.

El Hammami converts the corner cross into the outside of the net in the 81^st minute.

Gilberto goes to the bench instead of Saied Moawad.

Hossam Ashoor got booked in the 85^th minute.

Mohamed Samir entered instead of Flavio to increase the defensive side.

Sfaxi gained possession but Amir Abdel Hamid saved his team more than once till the end of the game.
